ORDERS & SHIPPING

Payment is due at the time you place your order.

Most orders will be processed within two working days after the payment funds are released to HerbSharks.com account. If a longer time is needed you will be notified. The delivery of products ordered is subject to availability. If products are out of stock, HerbSharks.com will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of waiting until the products are in stock or canceling your order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide that is necessary for us to process your order and/or ship your order to the correct location. If an order has not been shipped, or shipped to an incorrect location due to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible.

RETURNS

At HerbSharks.com we like “Happy Customers”. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is in its original container, unopened and has no appearance of being tampered with. HerbSharks.com management will have sole discretion in determining the acceptability of the product. Should you need to return the item, please email your request to HerbSharks.com for a return authorization number and enclose it with the product. Product shall be returned at customer’s expense. If management determines the product is acceptable, then a full refund, minus original shipping, will be refunded.

Because everybody has a different body chemistry, not all products will work the same for all people. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you may request a replacement product. HerbSharks.com management will request some information to determine the best replacement product for you. If the information is not provided within two weeks (14 days), then the request will be considered closed.

Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed date, then that option will be available through the shipping provider. However, in such a request, please allow two working days for processing your order. Should a delivery require a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products. Due to some of the products we ship, USPS may randomly hold your package for inspections, which may cause a delay. Please contact USPS for any issues regarding the final delivery of your order.

We have the right to refuse to accept any orders placed for HerbSharks.com products. If we refuse your order, your money will be fully refunded.
