I love starting my day right and with such wonderful people! I love the comradery and positive, cross motivation. It is just what I need for my personal fitness goals. I've always been a cardio junkie therefore I don't make time for strengthening exercises that I so need-especially after having 2 children.
I'm an avid runner, but after having my boys I experienced a lot of back pain from a weak core. Boot Camp helps me stay focused in obtaining my goal of a stronger core and an overall stronger, leaner body. I really enjoy Riley as an instructor. She's tough, yet encouraging and always so cheery and motivating. And I appreciate her knowledge and zeal for proper form!
